I don't really know where to begin...so here it goes.
As some of you know, I work in produce sales in Southwest Michigan. The Summer months are my busiest and the late Fall/Winter months are my down time. My husband Matt is co-owner of greenhouse and his busy season is the complete opposite of mine...and his hours are a little more intense...but that certainly doesn't keep us from having fun along the way.
I started my cooking blog, Eccentric Kitchen, last month and am having so much fun with it that I decided to start this blog to show others that I don't spend all my time in the kitchen...
